privacy, cybersecurity, geoengineering, neuroscience, military technologies, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, algorithms, autonomous cars, robotics and the metaverse!\u00a0<\/p><p>The conference is premised on the belief that there is much to be learned and shared from and across the governance experience and proposals for these various emerging technologies.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong><u>Call for abstracts<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> The co-sponsors invite submission of abstracts for proposed presentations. Submitters of abstracts need not provide a written paper, although provision will be made for posting and possible post-conference publication of papers for those who are interested. <\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Abstracts are invited for any aspect or topic relating to the governance of emerging technologies, including any of the technologies listed above.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Abstracts should not exceed 500 words and <\/span><em style=\"color: #333333;\">must contain<\/em> <strong style=\"color: #333333;\"><u>your name<\/u><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> and <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333;\"><u>email address.<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Abstracts must be submitted by, <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Tuesday, January 31, 2025, <\/span><\/strong>to be considered.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The sponsors will pay for the conference registration (including all conference meals and events) for <strong>one<\/strong> presenter for each accepted abstract.
