Taylor St.<br \/>Phoenix, AZ 85004-4467<\/p><p>Payments must be received within <strong>14 business days<\/strong> of online registration.<\/p><p><!--EndFragment --><\/p><p><strong>Vendor Setup:<\/strong><br \/>Setup will take place on <strong>February 18<\/strong>, and you may begin setting up at <strong>9:00 AM<\/strong>. Please apply for a license directly with Gila River Indian Community by submitting a Business License Information. Turnaround time is minimum 7 business days. Additional information can be sent upon request. The license must be displayed while selling on site.<\/li><li>Wild Horse Pass at Gila River Resorts provides each Exhibitor (1) 6\u2019 Linen-less Table (Black house linens upon request), (2) Chairs, and (1) Wastebasket per Exhibitor space.<\/li><li>Displays at Booth should not extend beyond 5\u2019 depth including table and chairs in Hallways.<\/li><li>Please clear any oversize displays with your point of contact to be sure there is space within your Booth Footprint for your display.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/scl\/fi\/pfskh1fyv6nvewbmqrqqp\/2026-Shipping-Guidelines.pdf?rlkey=8e161dy0ltboqctl2qpga62dg&amp;st=flpcci5r&amp;dl=0\">Shipping instructions are attached<\/a>. Be Sure Set Up &amp; Teardown time is in your Contracted timeframe and your Event Manager has been Notified.<\/li><li>Please ensure that a pickup is scheduled for your packages.<\/li><li>Free Wi-Fi throughout property, No Password needed. Approx. 10mb per user.<\/li><li>Electrical Plugs in Hallways and Walls are available (not guaranteed), Extension cords may be needed and all cords MUST be taped down with low adhesive Gaffer\u2019s tape (Available at Home Stores\/Online).<\/li><li>Electrical Package is available with Pinnacle Live if set up ahead of time.
