Tiki served as 2021 President of the International Trademark Association. She is Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Trademark & Copyright at Oracle Corporation. Her practice also includes intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting, advertising, marketing and competition.

Adraea Brown

Adraea is assistant general counsel - trademarks at Harley-Davidson where she leads the Company’s in-house trademark team and serves as vice president of H-D U.S.A., LLC, the owner of all Harley-Davidson trademarks. In her role, Adraea oversees the Company’s 5,000+ global trademark portfolio, brand protection and enforcement, and trademark litigation. Adraea also provides legal support and counsel to the Company’s multi-million-dollar apparel and licensing business.

Michael Kelly

Michael is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon. He and his team provide intellectual property and branding support to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Amazon’s global retail and consumer businesses. Prior to Amazon, he spent over a decade in private practice in New York.

Benjamin Fernandez

Ben is an intellectual property lawyer who possesses noteworthy subject matter and industry knowledge, and has experience in patent and trademark portfolio management, freedom to operate/competitive landscape and IP diligence. With more than 15 years of intellectual property experience, his practice centers on helping companies navigate patent and trademark law complexities to achieve their business objectives.
