international arbitration, with extensive experience in relation to sports integrity matters and governance. She also sits as an arbitrator, and has acted in investigations into wrongdoing in professional sport, including the International Cycling Union\u2019s \u2018Cycling Independent Reform Commission\u2019. Louise is Chair of the inaugural Board of the International Biathlon Union\u2019s Biathlon Integrity Unit, and is a Board member of Paralympics Ireland.
