Selected panels and presenters will be notified of their selection by January 25, 2026 and will receive instructions for making travel arrangements at that time.
The conference will feature panels and presentations falling within one or more broad subject matter areas pertaining to sustainability, including but not limited to:

• Climate Change Law
• Energy Law
• Water Law
• Environmental Law
• Natural Resources Law
• Land Use and Zoning Law
• Agricultural and Food Law
• Disaster Law

Applicants submitting panel proposals should upload:

1. A one- to two-paragraph description of the panel’s overall theme;
2. Descriptions (not exceeding 500 words) of each of the four panelists’ individual presentation topics; and
3. Current CVs for all four proposed panelists

Applicants submitting a freestanding presentation proposal should upload their current CV and a description (not exceeding 500 words) of their proposed presentation.

Panel or proposal applicants may also upload an optional cover letter.
