2012 Conference
The 2012 ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference, held May 23-25, 2012, focused on legal and technological issues in the discovery of electronically stored information (ESI), the principles, strategies and tactics of ESI discovery, and cutting-edge practical realities of e-discovery. The keynote address was delivered by the Hon. John M. Facciola, a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the District of Columbia and member of the Board of Directors of the National Judicial Center.
