For more than 30 years, Barb has helped companies and boards of directors navigate critical legal challenges including complex litigation and internal investigations arising from government action, shareholder, consumer and whistle–blower claims, and other circumstances involving conflict and crisis management. At Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., Barb serves as one of five elected Executive Committee members and one of three elected Compensation Committee members. Barb is a former chair of the Board of Directors for Lex Mundi, an international affiliation of 160+ law firms located in more than 100 countries. Barb currently serves as Chair Emeritus of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation and on the Board of Directors of the ABA Rule of Law Initiative. She previously served on the ABA’s Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, which vets and rates federal judicial candidates for the U.S. Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and District Courts.
