Catherine Rogers

Professor Catherine Rogers is a Full Professor of Law at Bocconi University. She also teaches at Queen Mary, University of London, where she also co-directs the Institute of Ethics, Regulation and Commerical Law. Professor Rogers is also the founder and CEO of Arbitrator Intelligence, a legal tech startup that provides unique, quantifiable and contextualized data analytics for arbitrator selection.

Professor Rogers’ teaching and scholarship focuses on the intersection of professional regulation and market dynamics in international arbitration. Among other appointments, Catherine is a Reporter for the American Law Institute’s Restatement of the U.S. Law of International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration, and was a co-chair of the ICCA-Queen Mary Task Force on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration together with William W. Park.
