David Franklyn is professor of practice and executive director of the McCarthy Institute at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Considered one of the nation’s preeminent experts on intellectual property and technology law, Franklyn previously was on the faculty at Golden Gate University beginning in 2018. Since 2000, he served as the director of the McCarthy Institute for IP and Technology Law at the University of San Francisco.
