Grant has dealt with a wide range of technology, including biotech, medical devices, computer software and hardware, semiconductors, and mechanical devices. He loves to learn about cutting-edge technology and to grapple with the complex issues presented by intellectual property disputes. He has been appointed to the Tech List of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, and is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Grant is a California lawyer by training, but has handled disputes under the laws of multiple other jurisdictions, including Korea, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, and Saudi Arabia.
