The Tribal Board Governance Academy is a first-of-its-kind professional education initiative offered by the Indian Legal Program at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. This inaugural program will bring together current and emerging tribal board leaders, directors, and members for an intensive two-day training focused on governance excellence, fiduciary responsibility, strategic planning, financial literacy, and risk management in tribal contexts. Sponsorship support helps expand access to this important professional development opportunity while demonstrating a commitment to strengthening tribal governance, leadership, and economic sustainability across Indian Country.
