This conference will offer a survey of legal issues in consumer law, eminent domain, and research in Navajo case law, case law updates, as well as an exploration in Fundamental Law. It is ideal training for tribal court advocates, tribal court practitioners, tribal court prosecutors, tribal court defenders, tribal council members, Indian law attorneys and attorneys practicing on and near the Navajo Nation Reservation, tribal liaisons, government legislators, Navajo Nation Bar members, law students, as well as teachers/professors and students of American Indian studies.
– Navajo Nation Bar Association has approved this conference for 8 NNBA credits, including 2 Navajo Ethics credits.
– New Mexico MCLE has approved this conference for 6.0 general credits and 2.0 Ethics credits
– State Bar of Arizona does not approve CLE activities however this activity may qualify for up to 8 credit hours, including 2 credit hours for Professional Responsibility.
– This live conference will qualify for 8 MCLE credits for California, including 1 Legal Ethics credit
